I have a few dishes that I like to cook which I call my 'great with anything' dishes - they are easy to make, tasty and go with anything* you choose.
*not bananas.
Sorry about the picture quality - the sun was streaming in the window! The above is made by frying a few chopped mushrooms, two chopped fresh tomatoes and half a bag of spinach until nice and smulchy. Add a tbsp of tomato puree and plenty of oregano and that's it. I had it with a pack of mushroom basmati rice.
